Andrà via l'inverno un giorno o l'altro;

Farò una fumata sotto il pino dei tre campanili

e come ha fatto mio nonno, come ha fatto tuo nonno

darò sfogo a tutto quello che si tiene sempre nascosto

Andremo a vedere se la fontana dei Dubbla zampilla ancora,

se il ciliegio che ha innestato mio padre ha attecchito

Faremo un giro ai confini, per insegnarti ciò che non è nostro,

e come noi anche tu pian piano ti radicherai.
